The Observa – Observatory of Environment, Territory and Society (ICS-ULisboa) and the Municipality of Loulé will promote the first technical training workshops, on May 15 and 16, in the Auditorium of Convento Espírito Santo, in Loulé, following the work that has been carried out developed by the Local Accompaniment Council (CLA) of the Municipal Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change (EMAAC de Loulé).
