She has a degree in Anthropology from FCSH-UNL. He has worked on social perceptions of the environment and the relationship of humans with wildlife in a rural context. In the scope of the master’s thesis, she carried out an ethnographic study on the social and cultural dimension of a possible reintroduction of three species in the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela (Lobo-Iberico, Águia-real and Grifo). She was a research fellow at the IELT-FCSH, in the framework of the Atlas of Literary Landscapes of Continental Portugal project, and trainee at the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society in Munich. Since October 2013, it has been a Research Fellow at ICS, within the framework of the Project RENERGY  Consensus and socio-technical controversies on renewable energies.
