Observa is an observatory of the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon that treats, makes available and communicates scientific information about environment, territory and society in Portugal. Observa’s mission is to strengthen the relationship between academia and civil society.

OBSERVA – OBSERVATORY OF ENVIRONMENT, TERRITORY AND SOCIETY

OBSERVA is a permanent research program of the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ICS-UL). The observatory promotes the dissemination of information on the social component of environmental and territorial issues.
