On February 19, the Seminar on “Energy and Food Poverty – concepts and realities”, organized and coordinated by Luísa Schmidt, Ana Horta and Mónica Truninger (Observa researchers), will be held at ICS-ULisboa (room 3, floor 0).

The seminar will be attended by the sociologist Françoise Bartiaux (Univ. Louvain la Neuve, Belgium) and the researcher João Pedro Gouveia (FCT-UNL).
