The objective of this study, financed by the General Directorate of Territory, consists of the provision of technical consultancy services in the scope of the process leading to the amendment of the National Program for Territorial Planning Policy (PNPOT), based on the critical evaluation of material and documentary contents of PNPOT and in the production of specialized technical contents.

This study includes the following components:

a) Critical evaluation of the material and documentary contents of PNPOT, including the identification of questions to be resolved and the presentation of recommendations;

b) Production of specialized technical contents, to be included in the diagnosis and proposal of PNPOT, in particular in the scope of multifunctional agricultural activity and proximity, with reference to the reinforcement of territorial cohesion.
