Research Project in the Environmental Policy area of the OBSERVA Program for the period 1997-99.

As the title indicates, this Project focused fundamentally on the institutional context of participation in the area of environmental policies of non-governmental collective action organizations for environmental protection. This theme justifies the beginning of the Report with an introductory reflection on the framework and theoretical and analytical basis of the Project, which focuses on the place of Citizenship and Collective Action of Defense of the Environment in the Modernization of Modern Societies.
