This report synthesizes key points raised in the annual workshops organised by the River Basin Governance (RiBaGo) project and network in 2010 and 2011, held in Cambridge and Beijing respectively. The participation of the EU-China River Basin Management Programme was particularly active in these meetings, with the participation of the experts from the Yellow River Conservancy Commission and the Yellow River Water Resources Protection Bureau.
