António de Souza Sobrinho is a PhD Student in the Doctoral Program on Climate Change and Sustainable Development Policies of the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon. He holds a degree in Geography from the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in Physical Hydrology from CESUR / IST. He worked as a senior technician at COBA, consultants for works, dams and planning, sarl, assistant of the Geography course at the University of Porto and an employee of the European Parliament. He also worked as a researcher at the Center for Geographical Studies (University of Lisbon).
