Graduate in Sociology (2009) and Master in Sociology: exclusions and social policies (2013) from the University of Beira Interior. He was a Research Fellow (2010-2015) in the projects Citizens’ Agenda: journalism and civic participation in the Portuguese media (PTDC / CCI-JOR / 098732/2008) and Public and private in mobile communications (QREN) both developed in the LabCom of the Faculty of Arts and Letters of the University of Beira Interior. Since June 2016 he is a researcher at OberCom. In 2016-2017, he was a Fellow in Science and Technology Management at OberCom – Palácio Foz. In that same year (November), he joined the Measure on Energy Efficiency for All (ADENE), developed at the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon. Currently attending the PhD Program in Communication Sciences of ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, as of January 1, 2019 with Individual Doctorate Scholarship (SFRH / BD / 136605/2018). He was born in the city of Covilhã on May 14, 1982.
